Curry Jerky

3 tablespoons Curry
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Onion Power
1 teaspoon Garlic Power
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Pepper
1/2 tablespoon Red Pepper
3 lbs. Thinly cut top round beef.

This is a dry rub. If you prefer to marinate. You can add 1/2 – 1 cup of water and let sit in fridge for 4 – 6 hours.

Mix all dry ingredients.
Pour over mean mixing it in a little at a time to be sure all areas of meat are covered.
Add to a dehydrator for 3 1/2 – 4 hours at 165 degrees.
