- 2 cups granulated sugar – can substitute with Monk Fruit
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (Ghirardelli)
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 large egg

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Set out an 9 x 13 inch baking dish and lightly grease with butter.

Set out a large mixing bowl. Combine the granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk well. Then stir in the semi-sweet, chocolate chips. Stir in the vegetable oil, water, and egg.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread into an even layer. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
