Family Pirogi Recipe

4 1/2 cups flour
2 teas salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups sour cream
2 eggs plus one egg yoke
2 tablespoons veg oil

Mix together dry ingredients in separate bowl.
Whip together butter, oil, eggs, and sour cream. Add to dry ingredients. Shape into balls, roll in a little flour, stuff with potatoes and cheese or sauerkraut. Wet around outside with water. Fold over and pinch.

Boil in salted water until they float.
You can then fry them in butter and onions and serve with sour cream.
