You do not need a moment to feel momentum. You need a start line and a reason to keep walking it.
Nobody claps for the quiet reps. Nobody posts about the Tuesday you fixed one line that nobody will ever see. But that is the whole game. The hours nobody sees are the ones that build the thing everybody sees. Brick by brick, commit by commit, error by error that you actually fixed instead of swallowed.
Momentum is not hype. It is evidence that you showed up again today when no one was watching and nothing was on fire. The project does not care about your speech. It only cares what you shipped.
Stack the day. Ship something small. Then go again tomorrow.
