1/2 Cup Marukin Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1/4 cup MonkFruit Sweetener - Golden (Brown Sugar)
2 tbsp Coarse black pepper
1 tbsp ginger
2 lbs of sliced Top Round / Bottom Round or Flank

Place in Smoker or Dehydrator

Recommended: Set your Traeger to 165º - 180º Check every couple of hours Should be done in about 4 - 6 hrs depending on how thick you slice the meat.

The "Bend Test" - check for doneness around 4-hour mark. Pick up a piece and bend it. It should be leathery and firm, and you should see white fibers in the meat. It should not snap in half.

Resting: Once finished, place the jerky in a zip lock bag while its still warm and let it rest for about an hour. This allows the remaining moisture to redistribute, keeping the jerky from becoming brittle.
