• 1 lg Onion
  • 4 Stalks Celery
  • 3 - 4 Cloves Garlic
  • Butter or Coconut Oil
  • 6 Tblsp - Chili Power
  • 1 Tblsp - Cumin
  • 1 Tsp - Paprika
  • 1 Tblsp - Red Pepper - Cayenne
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - to taste
  • 2 Cans Pinto Beans - drained and rinsed
  • 2 Cans Black Beans - drained and rinsed
  • 2 Cans Dark Kidney Beans - drained and rinsed
  • 2 Cans Whole Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Tomato Paste
  • 16 oz of water

Saute onions, celery and garlic - in butter or coconut oil. Add 2 Tablespoons chili power.

In a large pot add beans, whole tomatoes, tomato paste, water, chili power, cumin, paprika, red pepper, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Add onions, celery, garlic
Reduce heat to a simmer and let simmer for 45 min to 1 hr.
